Melissa A. Patten-Greene

 

Melissa A. Patten-Greene has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 1994. Melissa practices exclusively in all areas of family law and has handled thousands of cases throughout her 21 plus years of experience. Melissa proudly serves Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Summit and Tooele Counties.

 

Melissa attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, in 1991.  Melissa obtained a Juris Doctorate degee in 1994 from Pepperdine University College of Law.

 

Melissa loves practicing family law, representing individuals, and assisting families through what can be one of the most difficult periods in their lives.  Melissa prides herself on aggressively representing her clients and effectively presenting their legal arguments and issues. Melissa has extensive experience in amicably resolving cases via negotiation and mediation, as well as extensive trial experience. Being knowledgeable and assisting parties through the sometimes lengthy process of legal matters is what matters most to Melissa.
